Files are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Digital orders cannot be cancelled.

You are buying the use only of my files, except where noted that you own personalized printables and digitals. All rights remain with me.

All files are sold as is without any promise of customization, unless otherwise noted.

Please do not use my files for hate, racist, discrimination, pornographic or sacrilegious materials.

Please respect my intellectual property by not selling, giving away, sharing for copying or otherwise redistributing my files.

• Commercial Use

Files are allowed for commercial use. No additional license needed. You must add my digital graphics or printables within your own designs or crafts for sale.

You may not sell my files or printed graphics as they are when you receive them. You may not add them as are to graphics pks, clip art/collage sheets, etc., for sale.

You may use them within a design of your own elements for sale in your graphics pkgs, clip art/collage sheets, etc. Design around or with my graphics if you want to use them for sale. You may not sell them exactly as you bought them from me.

Files may be printed an unlimited # of times.

Sizes and colors may be altered as needed.

Attribution is not required but any mention of Love Romance Marriage or Artsy Craftery Design Studio is appreciated.

A new file may be requested via email if original file is lost or destroyed and if there are no more downloads available to you at the shop website.

• Do You Accept Custom Orders?

Except for products where I offer customization, I usually am not able to accept special requests. I will, however, consider it if you ask.

• Will You Swap One Of Your Designs Onto Another Product That You Have Listed?

Yes, I will for a small fee. Please do not order until you have contacted me with your request. I can then determine if it can be done and decide on the fee. I will create a Reserved Production Listing for you that you will purchase for the price of the fee. You can then download your production receipt.

Once your special order is complete, I will create a Reserved Listing for you, which you will buy at the price of the original, non-personalized listing for which you requested an alteration. Your altered design will be available for download/printing immediately after payment. Altered designs are final, are sold as is and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

• Will You Give Me Another File Format For My Order?

I will email you another file size and/or format upon request, at no additional charge. Format means a PDF instead of a JPEG, a PNG instead of a PDF, etc.

• Do You Sell Products Wholesale?

I do not offer wholesale ordering.

• Do You Donate Products?

If you are a church, ministry, non-profit, homeless org, abused women's/men's org, etc., please contact me if you'd like a donation of any of my products. artsyladycrafter@yahoo.com

• Are You Ever Closed?

Digital and printable products can be ordered 24/7, 365 days a year. I will reply the following day when you contact me on these holidays. I will reply 2 days later when you contact me the day before any of these holidays: Thanksgiving Eve/Day, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day, Memorial Eve/Day, July 4th Eve/Day, Labor Eve/Day and on Saturdays/Sundays. This means that during these holidays, you may have to wait 48 hours for a reply. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

• What Type Of Payments Do You Take?

Printaphoria takes PayPal and you don't need a PayPal account to pay. Use your credit/debit card to swiftly process your order. I've been with PayPal for many years. They are reliable and I have never had a problem or needed any other type of online funds processor.

• Do You Sell Products Or Designs Anywhere Else?

Not at this time.
